February 2018 TicketOps launches new self-help member portal for Costco. With the rapidly increasing volume of digital product sales online, the calls from members for additional support rapidly increased as well. TicketOps built a portal for members so that they could track their order delivery. In the first week following launch, Costco saw almost a 50% reduction in call volume.
